Special Olympics Bharat’s “Return to Play – Inclusion Revolution” National Health Festival initiative provided high-quality health screenings for intellectually impaired athletes across India.

During World Health Day on April 7th, 7,500 health professionals tested 75,000 intellectually impaired athletes in 140 sites across India. This program broke three global records: Guinness Book of Records, WTO, and Asia Book of Records.

Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Shri. Bhupendra Patel, and cabinet ministers sponsored the largest center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The organizing team was responsible for event planning and execution, focusing on content creation, graphic design, and overseeing operations during the games. Content creation involved creating informative materials to inform participants, spectators, and stakeholders about the event. Graphic design was crucial, involving designing visually appealing graphics to promote the games and enhance the experience for attendees. This included creating posters, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials. Visual elements such as scoreboards, logos, and award ceremonies were also created.

Managing operations during the games involved ensuring smooth activities, coordinating with volunteers and staff, and addressing any issues or concerns. The primary goal was to provide a seamless experience for all participants and spectators, ensuring a seamless experience without major complications.

As an organizing team we played a vital role in creating engaging content, designing visually appealing graphics, and managing operations during the games, contributing to the overall success and enjoyment of the event, leaving a positive impact on everyone involved.
